Damage Policy
We understand that normal wear happens.
• Minor wear and tear is covered.
• Significant stains, tears, or irreversible damage may result in repair or replacement charges.
• In cases of non-return, full retail value may be charged.

• All personal information is securely stored and not shared.
• Verification is required only once per customer.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Subscription cancellations must be made before the billing cycle renews.
• Refunds are processed within 30 days.
• Shipping fees may be non-refundable depending on reason.
Rental Policy
• Items are rented for the selected subscription period.
• All pieces must be returned by the due date.
• Items remain the property of Vesture Drop at all times unless purchased.
• Purchase options (if available) will be clearly stated on the product page.
Late returns may incur additional fees as outlined below.
