Your rental period is one calendar month from delivery. At the end, you decide to return or purchase. There are no late fees — we just pause your next drop until items are back.

Absolutely. You can use your monthly allocation to rent pieces, and purchase any item from the collection at member price at any time — regardless of whether it's in your current rental.

Normal wear is covered — we build that into the rental model. Significant damage may incur a fee based on repair cost. Platinum members have full item insurance included.

Each shipment includes a prepaid return bag. Just drop your items in, seal it, and hand it to any courier or drop it at a designated point. We handle everything from there.

Yes, any time from your account dashboard. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no retention games.

XS through XXL for most pieces, with some variations per item. Size availability is shown on each product page. We're expanding the size range with every new drop.
