Vesture Drop — Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership & Billing
By purchasing a Vesture Drop membership, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription. Your selected plan (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) will be billed automatically to your payment method on file.
You will be charged on the same day each month — the date on which you first subscribed becomes your monthly billing date. For example, if you subscribe on the 12th, you will be charged on the 12th of every month thereafter.
Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise Vesture Drop to charge your payment method on each billing date until your subscription is cancelled.
2. Your Monthly Drop
All garments delivered as part of your membership remain the property of Vesture Drop at all times and must be returned using the prepaid return bag included in your shipment, unless purchased at member price.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. How you cancel depends on whether you currently have a Drop at home.
A) To cancel when you don't have a Drop at home
- Log into your Vesture Drop account. To access cancellation options, log in to your account on the Vesture Drop website.
- Select “Cancel Subscription” within My Account. And that’s it — you’re done.
B) To cancel when you still have a Drop at home
- Send back any unpurchased items at least 2–3 business days before your billing date.
- Then select “Cancel Subscription” within My Account.
- Your cancellation won’t take effect until our delivery partner scans your return. If that doesn’t happen before your next billing date, you’ll be charged the subscription fee as normal, and your subscription will continue until your items are received.
- Verify your billing date to avoid being charged.
Once cancelled, you will not be charged from the following billing cycle onward. Cancellation stops all future payments but does not refund the current month already billed. You will retain access to your membership for the remainder of the cycle you have paid for.
4. Invalid or Failed Payment Method
If your payment method is invalid, you can still cancel your subscription as long as all borrowed items are either returned or purchased. Please contact customer support to ensure your cancellation is processed smoothly.
5. Changes to Your Plan
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account. Plan changes take effect from your next billing date.
